Special Abilities
Aura of Hunger (Su) An ecstasy feeder feels a constant vicious hunger so strong that it fills the minds of those around the feeder as well. All living creatures within a 30-foot radius feel intense, unnatural hunger; those that fail a Will save (DC 15) spend a move action on their turn gnawing on their own flesh to sate this hunger, dealing 1 point of Con damage to themselves. A new saving throw may be made at the beginning of each round for as long as the creature remains in the aura. The save DC is Charisma-based. Ecstasy feeders are immune to the effects of other ecstasy feeders' auras. An ecstasy feeder can spend a swift action to suppress its aura of hunger for 1 round.
Ecstasy Toxin (Ex) Claw—injury; save Fort DC 16, frequency 1/round for 6 rounds, effect 1d2 Cha, cure 1 save. The save DC is Constitutuion-based and includes a +2 racial bonus. While a creature is suffering from Cha damage from this poison, it also suffers a –2 penalty to AC and CMD against the ecstasy feeder as it unconsciously lets its guard down. Those who succumb to the poison feel no pain from the feeder's claws, and thus a target who is not hostile toward the feeder may not realize it is under attack, and will only feel a wave of pure ecstasy.
Feeding Grapple (Ex) On a successful grapple check against a living creature, the ecstasy feeder deals 1 Con damage to its target.

Ecstasy feeders are foul creatures said to be the mutated offspring of succubi exposed to the warping energies of the Far Realm. A feeder looks almost indistinguishable from a normal humanoid, usually a human or elf, except that it has constantly gnashing mouths in either of its palms. They constantly hunger for the flesh of humanoids, though they are smart enough to hide their true natures and insinuate into humanoid society where they can hunt best. The feeder most often hunts by seducing or befriending humanoids and then subtly attacking them with its claws, perhaps hugging an individual or through some other means of physical contact. Usually the humanoid feels nothing but pleasure at these attacks because of the feeder's ecstasy toxin. If attacked, the feeder will release its aura of hunger and attempt to subdue as many of the combatants as possible before fleeing.

I quite like the idea in general, but not the slobbering mouth hands. That rather takes all of the subtly away from them.
